Keep a beautiful notebook and use it daily not just for lists, but for journaling, doodling, inspiration which can strike at any time, things you have learnt, things you want to learn, rants and more. This habit keeps you in the moment and you don't have to be just keeping to one form of writing. Plus it is also time away from screens which is a big bonus.

Pottering inside with indoor plants has so many benefits not just to have plants detox your pad but in caring and styling your plants forces you to slow down, is a creative fix and is a great detsressor.

You could find yourself feeling calmer, happier, and more relaxed.
