Our Commitment 

  • Orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days.
    Please allow up to 5 - 7 days during peak periods in November and December.
  • Emails are answered within 48 hours.

FAQ

EXPRESS POST:

  • Please note that choosing Express Post via Australia Post speeds up the delivery time once your order is with the carrier, but it does not expedite the processing time for the order itself.
  • We process all orders in the order they are received, and no priority is given to Express orders. 

MINIMUM ORDERS: We have NO minimum order.

STOCK LEVELS:

  • Availability: If you require ongoing access to specific bead styles, please verify current availability via our contact form.
  • Vintage Items: These are limited-run collections. Once sold out, we are unable to source additional stock.
  • Czech Glass: We regularly restock our best-selling seed beads, machine-cut crystals, and fire-polished beads.
  • Czech Pressed Glass: To ensure our collection remains fresh and on trend, we prioritise new styles. We do not restock pressed glass beads once they are sold out. If you require ongoing access to specific bead styles, please verify current availability via our contact form. The minimum production requirement is 10 kilograms per style and colour should you wish to order in bulk.

NAME CHANGE: Formerly known as Etelage, a bespoke jewellery brand and bead supplier with stores in Cronulla and Newtown, Bead Vault now operates as an online bead store, with a Sydney Inner West jewellery studio.
