Thanks for confirming your jewellery making hens party booking with Bead Vault.
We are a Sydney based jewellery design studio offering creative kids parties since 2002.

• It is always our goal to start the event with all guests present. We are happy to delay the event by up to 15 minutes and it is most desirable to have all guests be present before we start. If, however in the event a guest/s are late we will delay proceeding no more than 15 minutes later than scheduled.
• In the event a confirmed guest is unable to attend at the last minute we are happy to give you a jewellery kit for them. Unfortunately, no refunds are available after payment is made.
• We may take photos of the event to use in our social media. If you do not wish or any of the guests to be photographed, please inform us.
• Your $100 deposit is non-refundable. (exceptions government mandated lockdowns or COVID positive household)

We will be in touch to confirm 7 days before:

• final numbers
• final payment by CC or DD
