Czech Seed Beads 3/0 Striped Red Brown on Yellow | 5.5mm

These striped 3/0 seed beads are used mainly in Africa in traditional jewellery and adornment and were made by Czech makers in the 1700s for trade in ivory, gold and palm oil. The various colour combinations have different spiritual meanings and are connected to tribal culture and beliefs. The beads are made by mixing two or more glass colours for a striped effect which will add an authentic tribal feel to your jewellery with these unusual and hard-to-find glass seed beads. Made in the Czech Republic they are of a superior quality and are extremely versatile. We love using these beads mixed in with small beads to make delicate necklaces and bracelets.
