Jewellery Workshop Hens Deposit $100

Thanks for confirming your hens booking with Bead Vault.
We are a Sydney based jewellery design studio who love to create stylish, memorable and fun hens parties which we have been offering since 2002.

• It is always our goal to start the event with all guests present. We are happy to delay the event by up to 15 minutes and it is most desirable to have the bride to be present before we start. If however in the event a guest/s are late we will delay proceeding no more than 15 minutes later than scheduled.

• In the event a confirmed guest is unable to attend at the last minute we are happy to give you a jewellery kit for them. Unfortunately no refunds are available after payment is made.

• We may take photos of the event to use in our social media. If you do not wish or any of the guests to be photographed please inform us.

• NOTE: Your $100 deposit is non refundable

We will be in touch to confirm 10 days before to folow up and need the following 5 days before your party date:

• final numbers

• dietary requirements

• balance of payment by CC, PayPal or DD

• best contact number on the day

• the brides name, after all she is the most important person on the day!
